Price List

Prices for portrait drawings in graphite pencil start at $1500.

Size and price varies depending on composition preference and complexity of the portrait. Detailed background settings and clothing are additional.

Each additional figure on the same canvas is 10% less than the prices above. Three or more figures on the same canvas or the addition of an animal are by quotation. A mother with infant is 25% less than the prices listed above.

A 25% deposit and signed contract is required in order to proceed with the creation of the portrait and reserve dates for sittings which are ususally photography sessions . Upon the client's approval of the reference photographs, another 25% is due. The balance is due upon completion of the portrait and of course, the approval of the client.

Framing, sketches or studies, and expenses associated with overnight travel are not included in the commission price.

Note: Exceptional quality Giclée prints of the completed portrait make excellent gifts for grandparents or your office at a reasonable cost, though if desired, should be arranged and handled professionally by the artist, ideally before the portrait is framed, especially with pastel paintings or drawings to be placed under glass.
